How a purchase is completed
The presentation of jewellery on the website is an invitation to make a purchase proposal, not a binding offer to the public: Fàbera reserves the right not to accept an order, in which case the buyer will be notified and any amount already paid will be refunded.
An order submitted by the buyer constitutes a contractual proposal. The contract is concluded when Fàbera sends the order confirmation email, having verified payment.
The confirmation email contains the order summary and the specifications of the piece. We recommend keeping it.
Production times
The production time shown on each product page starts from order confirmation and receipt of payment. As a guide:
— collection pieces, wedding bands and catalogue engagement rings:
approximately 20 working days;
— pieces made through our Bespoke Service: to be agreed, depending on the complexity of the project.
Times may vary during busier periods and when the Atelier is closed, which is always announced on the website. In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, as required by the Italian Consumer Code, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer.
Shipping
All jewellery is shipped from our Florence Atelier by DHL, insured and tracked. When the courier collects the parcel, the buyer receives an email with tracking details.
Italy: 24-48 hours. Free shipping.
European Union: 3-5 working days. Free shipping.
Non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland: 3-5 working days in transit, to which customs clearance times may be added. Shipping costs to be agreed.
Fàbera ships worldwide, with the exception of Russia.
The times shown refer to transit only and are additional to the production time of the piece.
For non-EU destinations, customs duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer and are charged by the authorities of the destination country at the time of clearance. Time spent in customs is outside the control of Fàbera and of the courier and is not included in the delivery times shown above.
Instead of shipping, the piece can be collected by appointment at our Florence Atelier.
