Bespoke Service
Our Bespoke Service covers jewellery designed and made entirely to the buyer’s specifications.
Deposit. On acceptance of the quotation, a deposit of 50% of the total price is due. Work begins once the deposit has been received.
Design. Where agreed, Fàbera produces a 3D render of the piece so that every detail can be defined before production. The render is submitted to the buyer for approval.
Approval. Once the design is approved, production begins and the piece can no longer be modified. Any changes requested after approval require a new design and a new quotation.
Balance. The balance is due before shipping or collection at the Atelier.
Withdrawal. As these are goods made to the buyer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces ordered through the Bespoke Service. The deposit is non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has begun.
Right of withdrawal
When it applies. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving any reason. To do so, simply write to hello@fabera.it within that period. The piece must be returned unworn and undamaged, complete with its certificates and original packaging, within 14 days of the notification. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
When it does not apply. Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised to the buyer’s specifications.
As every Fàbera piece is made after the order according to the customer’s instructions, this exclusion applies in particular to:
— jewellery made through the Bespoke Service and the Second Life Project;
— rings and wedding bands made in the size specified by the buyer;
— jewellery bearing a personalised engraving;
— jewellery made in the gold colour or with the stone specifications chosen by the buyer.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is stated on the product page of each item concerned before purchase.
For any jewellery offered without any option for personalisation, the right of withdrawal applies on the ordinary terms described above.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the guarantee of conformity in any way, which applies to all our jewellery.
